The church of San Nicolao, located in the main square of Zubiena, was built in the 18th century, replacing the previous structure dating back to the 13th century which had become unsafe. In the square there is a fountain to allow you to take a break to drink and fill your water bottle.

Parogno is a hamlet of the municipality of Zubiena, within the Serra di Ivrea. There are two fountains to quench your thirst, and you can enjoy a beautiful view towards the mountains of the Biella Alps, with the bell tower of the Church of San Nicolao standing out in the landscape.

The Ciucarun is the bell tower of a Romanesque church in the Serra of Ivrea. In ancient times it was part of a village which was then abandoned, today only the bell tower remains to dominate the vast meadow and bear witness to its past.

The Bastia tower was once a fortification which was destroyed in the 14th century during an assault by the Canavese. Today, a wooden watchtower has been built on the remains of the original tower to allow you to see the panorama of the Serra di Ivrea.

CAI path B44 which connects Lake Cossavella and Donato. It is surrounded by trees and especially in spring it is an explosion of green.
