The Ernst Moritz Arndt Tower (often simply called the Rugard Tower) is a historical monument and observation tower on the 91-meter-high Rugard, the highest elevation of Bergen on the island of Rügen. It was built between 1869 and 1877 in honor of the poet Ernst Moritz Arndt, who was born on Rügen.
