Walder Käskucheでは、小さなメニューからおいしい食事や飲み物を楽しめます。座席は屋内には2つのフロアに、屋外にはNesselwanger AlpspitzとReuterwanneを望むテラスにあります。自家製ビール醸造所、チーズ製造所、そして主に自社製チーズを提供する小さな農産物直売所が併設されています。Käskucheの前には、サイクリスト向けの工具とEバイク充電ステーションを備えた小さなサービスポイントがあります。Walder Käskucheは、隣接するBerghof Babelの一部で、ゲストハウス、家族向けアパートメント、ホテル客室、会議施設、レストラン、そして自社の農業施設があります。厩舎の動物は、Käskucheのゲストも見学できます。ちなみに、Tobias Babelは2024年にドイツの年間最優秀農業従事者に選ばれました。彼は農場の持続可能性に関するコンセプトで審査員を納得させました。Tobiasの他に、Michaelが料理長として、SimonがBabelhofのチーズ製造を担当しています。

The castle has had a new owner since March 2025, the owner of the Neuschwanstein Festival Hall in Füssen. The castle will now serve as an annex to the Festival Hall, meaning the administration will move in here, as well as providing accommodations for artists and theater guests. The restaurant will operate only for events.
