During the excavations in the Caverna (Grotta dell'Orso), some findings emerged that can be attributed to the Neanderthal Man, who lived in the historical period between 40,000 and 60,000 years ago. There are four finds: the first two were discovered in 1998, and the rest in 2002, discovered in the "Sala Terminale". The visits, individual or in group, are always carried out with an expert guide.
