A refuge with renovated private rooms and excellent cuisine. It's an excellent starting point for various hikes in the area, and the management is very friendly. From the (paid) parking lot, it's about a 10-minute walk uphill to the refuge. The manager, Massimo, is a wonderful person; it's always a pleasure to return!

There's a paved walkway around the lake, accessible on foot. It doesn't completely circle the lake, but leads to the opposite shore. The lake is small but very interesting from a naturalistic perspective.

A little pearl in the heart of Popiglio. This church, simple on the outside but rich in history and art on the inside, deserves a stop. Inside there are works that tell centuries of devotion, in a quiet and intimate atmosphere that invites you to slow down for a moment. Next to the church there is a point from which a beautiful view opens up over the Lima valley. Excellent place for a break, some photos and maybe a snack.
