Very practical for filling water

We pedal in the middle of thick vegetation that gives us a little coolness even on hot summer days. At this point we cross the Calore river thanks to an ancient Roman bridge.

On the summit of Monte Gelbison at 1705 m asl is the sanctuary of the Madonna del Monte Sacro, a destination for pilgrimages and devotions. From here you can enjoy a spectacular panorama, and the path to get there is almost entirely in the shade in the woods, therefore suitable even on the hottest days.

The summit of Monte Stella reaches 1131 meters in height, houses a sanctuary dedicated to the Madonna della Stella and also large antennas and a radar sphere. From here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the whole Cilento area and the sea.

Medieval stone bridge over the Calore River in the hamlet of Magliano Nuovo. It is the largest and best preserved of the four bridges over the Calore river in the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Monti Alburni National Park.

The summit of Monte Gelbsion reaches 1705 m asl, here is also the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sacro Monte di Novi Velia. From here you can admire the beautiful panorama that ranges from Cilento and Vallo di Diano to the Gulf of Salerno.
