🛩️ The Immelmann Museum is a small, specialized museum located in the Breisgau Industrial Park (near Eschbach/Heitersheim), just a 15-minute drive from Badenweiler. It is dedicated to the memory of the former Reconnaissance Wing 51 "Immelmann," which was stationed at Bremgarten Airfield until 1994. The wing (and thus indirectly the museum) is named after Max Immelmann, a famous fighter pilot of the First World War, known as the "Eagle of Lille."

A well-developed, well-surfaced bike path along the Dreisam River. Without traffic lights, you can make good progress here. The closer you get to Freiburg, the busier it gets.
