Incidentally, the Conca Trail runs through a nature reserve that runs from Misano Porto Verde, on the border with Cattolica, to Morciano and back again, meaning you can walk along either the right or left bank of the river (Conca). It's recommended for hiking, jogging, or biking.

Gemmano is a village perched on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The very small historic center still retains its medieval layout. It was an important center during the Second World War, as an outpost on the Gothic Line.

From this panoramic point you can observe the hills that slowly slope towards the sea. The color combination of the green of the trees, the cultivated fields and the blue of the sea is very suggestive.

From this point you can observe the artificial basin of Conca. It is an artificial lake formed following the construction of a dam on the river of the same name. Today it is a naturalistic oasis where you can admire many species of aquatic birds.
