At first glance, Haus Schücking appears simple and almost inconspicuous. However, the single-story house, peacefully nestled in the village of Sassenberg, is one of the most significant buildings by the Baroque architect Johann Conrad Schlaun. The Schücking family has been successfully working to professionally restore the listed building for several years.
