モンテ・アルタッシモは、ベルガモの前アルプスにある標高1703mの山で、カモニーカ渓谷下部とスカルヴェ渓谷下部の間に位置しています。この2つの渓谷を隔てる山塊の最高峰であり、ボルノ高原を見下ろしています。 2つの異なる側面 南側：急峻で岩が多く、ほとんど植生がなく、オーリオ川渓谷底から約1500mの標高差があります。 北側：ボルノに向かって緩やかに傾斜し、モミの木に覆われ、山小屋（malghe）、コテージ（baite）、ボルノ・スキーエリアのスキー場が点在しています。 🚶‍♂️ ハイキング — 主なルート モンテ・アルタッシモは、良好な登山道ネットワーク（難易度E）のおかげで、ハイカーに非常に人気があります。以下に最も有名で記録に残っているルートを紹介します。 1) エルバンノから – ルート197または155 急峻で厳しいルートで、大きな標高差があります。 ルート197： 出発点：エルバンノ（ダルフォ・ボアーリオ・テルメ） 経由地：サン・ヴァレンティーノ小教会（690m）、マルガ・ミネ、ルート194との合流点 十字架から：カモニーカ渓谷下部とイゼーオ湖の壮大な眺め 最終分岐点から15分で山頂に到達可能 ルート155（より直接的で疲れる）： 標高差：約1460m 急な区間、わずかに露出したトラバースにいくつかのチェーンあり 「セガーブレ」の草原の素晴らしい眺め モンテ・アルタッシモ小屋とスキーリフトに到着 2) ゴルツォーネから – ルート154 南側にあるよりワイルドなルートで、長く厳しい登りです。 3) ボルノから – 北側（ゲレンデエリア） より緩やかでパノラマの効いたルートで、小屋、山小屋、小教会を含む周回コースによく選ばれます（あなたの体験談のように）。 🏞️ モンテ・アルタッシモが特別な理由 2つの側面間の鮮明なコントラスト：一つは厳しく岩が多く、もう一つは緩やかで森が多い。 カモニーカ渓谷下部、イゼーオ湖、プレソラーナの広大なパノラマ。 夏でも営業している山小屋やコテージのネットワーク。 スキーリフトからもアクセス可能な、山頂にあるモンテ・アルタッシモ小屋の存在。 森、ゲレンデ、尾根、孤立した小さな教会を組み合わせた、非常に多様な周回コースの可能性。
