かつての城と市壁は訪れる価値があります

The Koblenz Gate, also known as the "Castle Gate," was built around 1200. It secured the castle complex, serves as a prestigious entrance to the city, and was partially destroyed in 1689 during the War of the Palatine Succession. After extensive restoration work, the old Koblenz Gate shines in renewed splendor.

This is one of the many city towers and is very well preserved; it is located right next to a small pond and flowerbeds and there are some benches

From the campsite north of the lake and along the eastern shore, there's a forest path around the lake. The path is unpaved and, in places, very dusty. This path is shared with pedestrians, so it can be busy on nice weekends, so please be considerate of others.

Unfortunately, you have to cycle on a country road without a bike path. In heavy traffic, caution is advised when crossing the Abtei road.

Beautiful route above the lake, but somehow you never really get to see it.
