Highly recommended, it crosses several protected and wild areas just outside Bologna.

The asphalt is currently in good condition for a descent. Be careful on the numerous curves, as agricultural vehicles may cause loose dirt or gravel to form on the road surface. Overall, however, the road conditions are acceptable at this time.

Vertical, the very steep path that starts from the ruins of the church, I rode in May 1925, with a front xc bike... and I was at the limit and unless I change it for an enduro bike I don't think I'll ride it again.

Church of Santa Maria di Settefonti: The first list of the county which counts 84 "fumanti", or families, dates back to 1249, but the Castle of "Stifunti" (which owes its name to the presence of 7 springs), which later became the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, is earlier than 1105, as demonstrated by the pre-existing structure still visible.

The bridge is currently closed. You can probably look over without too much difficulty, but we haven't tried.
