The pine forests near the sea are beautiful in all seasons

Atri Cathedral is one of the most beautiful churches in the Province of Teramo and Abruzzo. The symbol of the town, it is located in the Piazza Duomo, opposite the Municipal Theater.

Historic residence belonging to the Filiani family, today it is a place of culture to host events and demonstrations. The villa represents one of the many neo-Renaissance buildings visible in Pineto that have characterized its progressive expansion.

Mutignano is a hamlet of the Municipality of Pineto, once it was the town of the ancient Pineto and the seat of the municipal administration. Later, with the expansion along the coast, the Municipality was moved to the current Pineto. The village is located on a hill above Pineto and is very suggestive.

The rectangular façade of the church features a Romanesque portal with a beautiful rose window, while on the right side there are three other portals. The Romanesque bell tower with a pointed lantern dominates the cathedral and the nearby hills.

Montepagano is the oldest hamlet of Roseto degli Abruzzi, it dominates from the hill facing the city and is also considered its historical and panoramic center.

There is a fountain here where you can fill up your bottles.

A great road for the ascent, but not recommended for the descent. The road is in very bad condition and has many cracks and holes. But there is very little traffic.
