The main tower and the cloister have Romanesque and early Gothic elements, while the interior of the main choir has been renovated in the Baroque style. The most impressive object from this period is the wooden pulpit in the main nave. Also in the cloister on the north side of the church you can find a baroque stucco ceiling and a fresco of the "Madonna del Latte" under one of the arches. A special artistic feature is under the portico on the south wall of the church (Largo Cristoforo), where there is a fresco from 1473. The church itself also houses the cathedral museum, which, among other things, exhibits a cross from 1431, which was created by Nicola da Guardiagrele.
