Wolf Column (also Wolf Monument or Wolf Memorial) in Friedewald Forest. Information: The Wolf Memorial commemorates a hunt in 1618 when a particularly large wolf was killed. Due to war damage, the original wolf figure was replaced with a copy in 1950. The Wolf Memorial, which had been severely damaged by weathering, was re-erected as early as 1672.
