A city of great interest for archaeology enthusiasts. The most scenic routes wind along the Ofanto River, on the ridge leading to the Madonna di Ripalta, between Cefalicchio and Loconia (remains of a USAAF base), along the Locone reservoir, and toward the Murge, near Minervino.

Montegrosso is a small village in the Murge which takes its name from the homonymous hill (397 m asl) which overlooks it. It was founded during fascism as can be seen from the architecture of the buildings.

Canosa di Puglia rises in the north-western part of the Murge and dominates the Ofanto valley. The origins of the city have deep roots in time, up to prehistoric times. Do not miss the Cathedral of San Sabino, the mausoleum of Boemondo and the underground tombs.

Minervino Murge rises over 400 m above sea level on the western side of the Murge. The city is rich in history and some evidence of it can still be visited, including the Norman castle, the Romanesque cathedral and the votive lighthouse.

Connecting road from Canosa di Puglia to the Alta Murgia National Park, with a beautiful panorama towards the upper village of Minervino Murge and the surrounding nature of the Park.

Montegrosso is a fraction of Andria with less than 200 inhabitants and gateway to the Alta Murgia National Park. The most striking building is the parish church dedicated to Sant'Isidoro and Santa Maria Assunta, with a simple facade with a portal and a circular window, and a bell gable.
