A section of the over 120km long Vennbahn cycle path from Aachen to Luxembourg. A great piece of cycling infrastructure in the city, it's also used by many commuters in the morning.

Great asphalt, unfortunately it's borderline busy. Going down is not an issue, very annoying.

From here, you have a beautiful view of the dam. There are two benches where you can relax.

Beautiful ride! You can start from Rothe Erde or Brand all the way to this beautiful place on the Vennbahn and you'll enjoy every km of it. Bundle well during the winter, since usually this place gets a few degrees colder than Aachen.
