I rode the cycle/pedestrian path that runs through Santa Caterina: a real pleasure to pedal on quiet roads, with suggestive views and a relaxing atmosphere. A perfect stretch to enjoy the bike in total serenity, immersed in the charm of the place.

Completed in 2024, this pier aims to enhance the southern coast of Porto Cesareo, rich in small ports nestled in the clear, emerald water of the Strea bay. And it succeeds very well. Beautiful to ride, it is part of the CICLONICA route, the Salento Ionian Cycle Route.

The descent from the sanctuary is quite difficult. There are some very technical passages. Or alternatively some steps that can be climbed by getting off the bike
