A really nice place for a cyclist's snack.

The wild Gamseck is a challenging free climb with a difficulty level of 2. There are no safety devices, but there are enough hooks to secure yourself with a rope. Experience in climbing and a good portion of determination and courage are required to master this very beautiful climbing tour. I can only recommend that you don't go alone the first time, you need several eyes to find the markings. The view is amazing and the reward for this very beautiful climb.

The reward when you have made it through the wild Gamseck, now it is only 150 m to the Heukuppe at 2009 m

It is not managed and belongs to the Gamsecker Alpine Society. The society was founded in 1890. The fact that we saw a chamois standing less than 50 meters away and that it was not afraid of people is probably what the name says. Even though it is not managed, if someone is there, you are always given a friendly welcome.
