Cahecho, a town belonging to the municipality of Cabezón de Liébana, is known by the nickname "The viewpoint to the Picos de Europa". At the entrance of the town we have the best views of the mountain range from this viewpoint.

Located 2 km from Puerto de San Glorio, it is worth stopping by to enjoy the views towards Picos.

Nice and quiet port for cycling. Be careful with the fog at altitude.

Just as you’re about to pull into Potes there’s a great little platform that looks over the town and the mountain range behind it. They’ve installed a mount for phones so you can easily nab a selfie! Potes in general has a few of these mounts around for great photos — keep an eye out!
