Virtually nothing of the former palace remains, except for the approximately 230-year-old Rococo-style tea pavilion. The dilapidated palace was partially demolished, rebuilt, and converted into apartments. The large palace courtyard has been preserved to this day as the palace square.

First mentioned in a document dating back to around 800, the branch church of St. Martin is a primitive-looking plastered brick building from the second half of the 15th century. It houses a remarkable interior, including particularly well-preserved Gothic figures from around 1500. Storks have nested on the gable roof of the church tower for many years.

In front of the former hammer forge and the power station there is an old double stone wheel, which is a reminder of the production at that time. The building ensemble is surrounded by a small artificial lake, the Sempt and the Schlehbach.
