Because of my choice of tour, you pass by it. In my opinion, it's not worth hiking there just for that reason.

The high seat is located directly at a crossroads in the middle of the forest and is theoretically openly accessible.

The bench, located at the edge of the forest, offers a beautiful view over the fields and the small village of Höhenzell.

It's more of a pond than a spring. I wouldn't recommend anyone drinking from it.

You can sit down and take a break right at this crossroads. Of course, you can also stop for a moment and remember Joseph Huber, who died here in an accident in 1907. A memorial plaque next to the bench commemorates this.

The tree octopuses at the crossroads are a really good idea and nice to look at. They liven up the whole place nicely.
