I've only explored the first ten kilometers of the cycle path so far. Conclusion: It's always nice and flat, with a pleasant path between fields and meadows, along a ditch, and later along the Ziller River itself. Occasionally, 90-degree turns or intersections with side streets require careful attention and braking maneuvers.

No matter which side you approach it from, the Kerschbaumer Saddle is challenging but also rewards with beautiful scenery.

A real challenge. I rode up from the Alpbach side and down here. You don't need so much calves, but you need to be alert and have good brakes!

Gentle climb is a good description... here you can ride uphill at a leisurely pace, so to speak. The tough part comes on the way back, with the steep climb to Aschau!
