🎨 The Wasseralfingen Altarpiece This is one of Sieger Köder's most famous works. Created in the style of late Gothic winged altarpieces, it is adaptable and offers different pictorial commentaries on Christian beliefs depending on the position of the wings.

⛪ St. Stephen's Church in Aalen-Wasseralfingen is a significant landmark and center of sacred art, inextricably linked to the work of the famous "painter-priest" Sieger Köder (1925–2015). The church itself was built between 1881 and 1883 as a monumental, three-aisled basilica in the Neo-Romanesque style.
