A pleasant descent into the Murg Valley on a flawless surface. The uphill section, however, is only recommended during off-peak times, as it gets quite busy during the day. The section through town is steep, but after that, you wind your way up behind the Klosterreichenbach town sign with a steady, pleasant gradient. Compared to the Besenfelder Steige, this is the more relaxed route out of the Murg Valley.

A nice, albeit steep, climb behind the Pfaffenstube restaurant. The surface is new in the lower two-thirds – the steepest section with an average gradient of 10% – and a bit worn in the upper third. The route is very quiet and practically car-free, although there are a few cars on the trail here and there – and then it gets a bit crowded.

A great, hilly route with a flawless surface through the forest. 3km of pure enjoyment – far from traffic. I always enjoy riding there – especially because there aren't any motorized racers.
