Very nice wooden bridge over the Sauer, but the cycle path is also very easy to ride in this section.

Walking paths, jogging, inline skating and cycling – the well-maintained paths around the lake are family-friendly and about 6 km long (around 2 hours)

A tranquil spot, framed by gnarled trees and rugged rock: This wooden bench sits enthroned on a natural viewing balcony above the valley. The view sweeps far across the green expanse of the Sauer Valley – protected only by a simple railing. Here, raw nature meets quiet grandeur – almost like a special kind of natural cinema. 🪵 Tip: Sit down and remain still for a moment. No photo can replace the atmosphere when the wind rustles through the branches and you can practically hear the forest breathing.

Unfortunately, one can no longer call it a waterfall; perhaps the name "Irrel Canyon" would be more appropriate? But regardless, it's a beautiful piece of nature, and nature is constantly changing. The damaged old wooden bridge has since been replaced by a suspension bridge.
