There are two small islands in the elongated and slightly curved lake, one of them directly opposite the bathing area. No dogs are allowed on this bathing beach. The water quality of the bathing area is regularly monitored by the district health department in accordance with the Brandenburg Bathing Water Ordinance and has excellent water quality.
