The dam is actually a headland that connects the land with a bridge at the western end. It is well maintained and has many benches (some of which are covered). It is simply lovely to stroll between the lakes. Cyclists, runners, walkers, everyone can get through.

Very sandy in places and lots of roots, but beautiful. Pure nature with everything that goes with it...water, moor, pine trees, pigs, mosquitoes, a humming and buzzing, simply beautiful.

Great paths on the edge of the moor. Some are lovely and sandy and some are covered in roots. In places they are so narrow and winding that driving fast is risky. The paths are also used by hikers and runners.

You walk on a sandy path between the moor in the south and the pine forest in the north. A humming and buzzing and what feels like hundreds of bird calls make the air vibrate. Pure nature.
