Beautiful, slightly hilly cycling and running path, always parallel to the road. Partly in the forest and always nice and shady. At 6:30 you're still running utterly alone.

Whether by bike, on foot or by car: just pull over and jump into the water... it's nice and flat 👍🏼 and in the evening there's a great view!

The cycle path between Zechlinerhütte and Canow is decent, although a bit undulating. It leads right past the bathing area, unfortunately just like the country road. Opposite the bathing area is a former holiday camp, now called "Kinderland".

Cycle path with a very nice surface? Maybe ten years ago. It's now an unbearable slope with overgrown tree roots and a slipped disc guaranteed. Never again!
