Very nice root trail around the lake with a few rest stops on the shore. It's fun to ride but you should have a bit of experience and the right bike (MTB, hard trail, fully etc.). It can be very bumpy and quickly slippery if you don't know how to ride.

The reservoir was originally created to supply cooling water to a cement plant in the Obereichsfeld! In the end, this did not happen and so it has become a leisure paradise 🐟 🥾 👍
