🍞 At the Bakehouse – Tradition Preserved in Amstetten-Dorf The small bakehouse in Amstetten-Dorf is a typical example of Swabian baking culture from bygone days. In the past, bread, braided yeast bread, and flatbreads were regularly baked here together – an important meeting place for the village community. The waterfall is not accessible from the Ave Maria Grotto. Unfortunately, it is overgrown. The only way to reach the waterfall is via a narrow meadow path that leads along and perhaps through private property. Nevertheless, the waterfall is an impressive natural spectacle and well worth a visit.
