When the hut is closed, you can get drinks from a room at the back. You'll earn them when you're up there.

A very nice, simple hut. Perfectly located for a stop after the Kreuzschober summit. The hut is only open on weekends in winter, Friday-Sunday.

We were here in winter, with a bit of snow. The large pane is certainly very beautiful at other times of the year too. At the top you have a great view of the Rax.
