The Church of the Ascension of the Lord is a Roman Catholic church located in the Ursynów district of Warsaw, at al. KEN 101. Inside, there is a painting of Our Lady of Ursynów Persistently Seeking and relics of several saints, including St. John Paul II and St. Father Pio. The church was built on the initiative of Father Tadeusz Wojdat, and its construction began in 1980 and lasted until 1989. In 1998, a community center and parish choir were built here, and in 2000, a bell tower was opened. The building also serves a cultural function - it has appeared in films and music videos, including Krzysztof Kieślowski's "Decalogue I".

The hill was built in the 1970s from soil from excavations for the construction of apartment blocks and roads, as well as from damaged prefabricated elements that were to be used to build nearby buildings. Initially, it was planned for this place to be a park with a central hill. The idea of building the hill came from engineer Henryk Cwila, chief inspector at the Warsaw Directorate for Cooperative Investments, whose name became the name of the hill. In culture, Kopa Cwila became known thanks to the music video for the song "Ten wasz świat" by the band Oddział Zamknięty from 1983. In 2021, it also became the subject of episodes of the series "Blok Ekipa" broadcast by SPInka Film Studio.
