The Wilhelm-Eichert-Hütte enjoys a scenic location on the ridge above Weidlingbach and is a popular stop in the Eichenhain Nature Park. The Irmafelsen offers an impressive, unobstructed view of the mighty rocky backdrop of the Hohe Wand. From here, the view opens up over forested slopes, rugged cliffs, and the wide valley below – a perfect spot for a panoramic rest. Especially worthwhile in clear weather and at sunset. A short detour that enhances any tour!

The summit itself is unspectacular, but the surrounding area offers quiet paths, pristine nature, and, in places, beautiful views over the hilly landscape – especially during the leafless season. There is no marked summit point, but it's ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, hikers, and trail runners who want to venture off the beaten track.
