This idyllic place, away from the roads and villages, is a true paradise for cyclists and hikers. The quiet surroundings and peaceful atmosphere invite you to relax. In addition to ducks, you can also admire majestic swans here, and at the right time even young chicks, which makes this place particularly charming. The route is ideal for cycling or hiking and offers a perfect opportunity to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature to the fullest. A visit is definitely worth it - just switch off and unwind!

A natural pond where you are greeted with a frog concert in spring. The wooden rest area has since fallen into disrepair and you can no longer linger here.

with a small observation tower to observe all types of water birds in their habitat. The pond actually only has a few open spaces, which was completely ok for us since the verse. Animals have their natural retreat.

The Schweppermann cycle path runs between Högling and Hiltersdorf past the idyllic Teufelsweiher pond. The western part is a bit more demanding, the eastern part runs on level ground through the Amberg-Bodenwöhrer Bay.
