From the opposite bank you have a great view of the historic town of Saint-Ursanne. A sublime moment when you cross the stone bridge and through the gate into the city.

Saint Ursanne is a town with a very special flair. In summer we swim in the Doubs - a very special experience for me. We had dinner at the Hôtel Restaurant les Deux Clefs - also a very special experience. A beautiful restaurant and a super nice boss. I can particularly recommend the path along the Doubs to Soubey - beautiful with sandy shores and swimming opportunities. I have never seen fewer people anywhere else.

The nice thing about the little town of Saint-Ursanne is that it makes nature lovers and history buffs happy to the same extent. It's impressive when you walk along the wide strip of the Doubs and have a view of the backdrop of the medieval city. The Pont Saint-Jean alone is a feast for the eyes.
