The Finstergrund Viaduct is an impressive railway bridge in the Thuringian Forest, near Neuhaus am Rennweg. The viaduct is located along the former railway line from Sonneberg to Probstzella. More precisely, it is located near Lichte, a district of Neuhaus am Rennweg. The Finstergrund Viaduct was built between 1911 and 1913. It was constructed of unreinforced rammed concrete.

There are several options to start hikes from the Leipzig Tower. Unfortunately, the tower and the restaurant are closed due to construction work. 🙄
