The Vieux bisse waterfall runs along a stone staircase. This ingenious section of the bisse allowed the water to continue flowing towards the valley. There, you'll find a hand-shaped sculpture by Raphaël Pache. This hand receives the water and lets it flow through its fingers to return it to the current. The sculpture suggests that the water is only borrowed from the mountain and that we must therefore respect it.

Not only is cycling prohibited here, but even carrying bicycles is prohibited. You are neither allowed to push nor carry your bike! Possibly even possessing a bicycle is a criminal offense. This isn't clearly indicated at the entrance; there's just a crossed-out biker on a bicycle.
