This trail runs along the Werra-Burgen-Steig X5 H, above the L 3464, between the northern hiking car park, below Ludwigstein Castle and the Öhrchen playground. A trail that includes some demanding sections, but is a lot of driving pleasure. The Werra-Burgen-Steig is a well-traveled hiking trail and due to the often narrow conditions in this section of the route, consideration should be given to hikers.
