Be careful!!! The trail from the Finnhütte to the top has extreme inclines. It is not very long but really damn steep.

From the Finnhütte upwards or from the Ershäuser window downwards, this single trail leads charmingly through narrow ditches and bushes. Easy to drive with a little driving skill and a lot of fun.

great trail, a bit slippery in autumn, is still really fun, entry into Eigenrieden, exit Eigenröder Warte, then right Unstrut cycle path, had a wonderful descent. Top round!

The trail is very nice, but unfortunately there is very little traffic / hikes and certainly not maintained. As a result, there is really a lot of scrub in the way, the trail is totally overgrown in some places and you have to carry the bike and fight your way through.

Viewpoint (491 m above sea level) on the Gobert high above Meinhard. Magnificent panorama over the Eschweger basin, to the Hainich and in the background to the Thuringian forest (Großer Inselberg (916 m NN)).

25km single / root trail, especially downhill crazy fun (with a Fully). If you look at the signs on the Landgraben, it is unbelievable that this bastion is many hundreds of years old, but still so well preserved. In addition, a guarantee, hardly or no one to meet on the way. And that's good...

From here you can enjoy views over parts of the Eichsfeld-Hainich-Werratal Nature Park including the castle Greifenstein on the Schlossberg (442.5 m) and the Hülfensberg (448.2 m) and located to the east of Wanfried Wanfrieder Werra Heights.
