@ysewq: That's right, I was stopped by one of the security patrols with a dog in 2020 and expelled from the premises! Lucky again! Otherwise it can get expensive! It's a shame, but that was to be expected. It has always been a military training area, American sovereign territory and was therefore already forbidden to the public beforehand.

The Ruck March Trail has been closed to the public since about 2020.

Cool trail, great fun

A long crisp climb and especially when it's muddy. Of course, I recommend driving in a rounder way, slightly rocky with a lot of speed AND is another official trail of the Schönbuch. I highly recommend it.

Really cool. A lot of fun for advanced beginners. There was some mud despite two days of drought; it could get tricky if, for example, you have not practiced driving in the snow (driven at the end of May 2021 in good weather).
