A visit to the Hofgarten is a must. Beautiful paths, lined with greenery and waterways.

The Court Garden to the east of the New Palace has been open to the public since 1790. Its baroque design was largely influenced by Margravine Wilhelmine (1709 to 1758). The park currently covers around 13 hectares. The 31 sculptures in the park commissioned by Wilhelmine are copies; the originals are on display in the Orangery, protected from the weather.

Nice tour to the Fürstenstein, unfortunately the view from above through the trees is now very limited

for me the most beautiful of the grottoes, it is definitely worth looking at the water feature.... By the way, when the upper grotto is finished with the water feature, you manage to walk to the lower one until the beginning....

The Fürstenstein lies at 675 meters on the northern slope of the Goldberg. It consists of gneiss phyllite with inclusions of black clay slate and was designated as a natural monument because of its geological peculiarity. The rock peak used to have a much larger circumference. In the middle of the 19th century, stones were quarried there for the mining office building, which was moved from Wunsiedel to Brandholz in 1856. Now it is only 30 meters wide, 30 meters long and 15 meters high.
