Super easy to ride trail 👍🔝

The ruins are hidden in the forest. It appears to have been a large complex. Information is scarce.

Now labeled as an MTB flow trail, you're looking for more.

This is my home trail because I live there. You have to say: around 2019 the conditions were still perfect. Trees blocked the way at times in 2021 and 2022. Everything is clear at the moment, but the path has been widened and diverted to Lichtenfels. It is difficult to find the turnoff to Moritzkappel at the end if you want to do the trail to the end. You always have to look carefully where it suddenly branches off to the right, almost invisible, coming from the Scheffelblick. I would also recommend doing the entire trail from the parking lot at the top because you get more out of it. It's also fun, and you take a bushel view with you.

It is an old hiking trail, starting from the former barge pier on the Main. Initially placed in the forest floor with steps, later without steps. This route is also "used" as a downhill MTB trail. This could sometimes lead to "traffic obstructions" :-) Due to the partial deciduous forest, the path is also quite muddy when it is wet. Handicapped people and ankle sufferers could have problems in places. Depending on the individual constellation, hiking poles are recommended. The duration to Kloster Bank is given as approx. 30 minutes.

Carlspfad is now called Flowtrail Banzer Wald. Is closed to pedestrians. A few jumps and small residents here. Nothing special, but really fun!
