The public and historic Dahlen estate, which now houses a nursing home, is embedded in a landscape park. Many of the trees growing in the estate park are of exotic origin and have name plaques. There are numerous places to sit and there is also a covered picnic table for tired hikers right in front of the entrance to the nursing home.

Trees were felled so that the view is better. Since I like pine trees and sandy soil, I really like the place.
