As the name suggests: a nice flowing trail with a few easy climbs. As always when you're out and about by bike where there are also hikers: keep your eyes open!

Great trail to the Ringelsteiner mill. Very technical and demanding. But you have to have good control of your bike and find a good line.

Part of the Heideküppchen circular route. This section is the flow trail from the Heideküppchen down to the Ringelsteiner Mühle. Here you can really spit down. Mega cool. Unfortunately, there is currently a tree in the way. But otherwise everything is really ultra-flowing.

Maximum concentration is required here. Upper section very rough, middle section incredibly narrow and sloping, below lots of loose stones and rubble. Overall very awesome trail.
