サンタ・マリア・デッリ・アンジェリは、リベラの上にあるフォッパ高地の印象的な礼拝堂です。有名な建築家マリオ・ボッタによって設計され、現代建築と精神的な静けさを組み合わせています。特徴的な遊歩道が壮大に建造物へと続き、ティチーノの山々の景色が開けます。内部では、アーティスト、エンツォ・クッキの色彩豊かな作品が印象的です。この礼拝堂は、ハイカーや文化愛好家にとって人気の目的地となっています。自然、芸術、瞑想をユニークな方法で結びつけ、ティチーノの建築的ハイライトの一つです。

Border pass between Italy and Switzerland, once an important route for smuggling and partisan warfare in the area. On the Italian side, the trail is easily accessible by mountain bike, although gravel riding is also a challenge, especially along the last two kilometers from Giovo. The pass is located at an altitude of 2,000 meters, and just below is the refuge of the same name. A stunning setting, largely untouched by human activity.

Open from June to September, this very welcoming refuge is located a few meters below the pass of the same name. The last 2 km are very difficult for gravel bikes, with a very rough road. The final section becomes paved with large stones, with gradients always above 10°. Stunning view and a large selection of snacks for those arriving.

Alpe Bolla is a mountain pasture at 1,129 m above sea level with an alpine refuge located in the lower Val Colla, above the town of Cadro, Canton Ticino. It is easily reached from Cadro, Cureggia or Brè-Aldesago in just over an hour's walk on an easy marked path through the woods. Capanna Alpe Bolla offers meals and drinks but reservations are recommended due to the limited space available.

It can be reached easily even with road wheels, but from here on it is only advisable for MTB. Capanna Monte Bar is a refuge at 1600m with spectacular views of the Lugano pre-Alps, the perfect refreshment point before descending or you can also tie up your bike and go on beautiful excursions in the surrounding area.

The San Jorio Refuge is a former financial police barracks now used as a refuge. Below are the openings for 2023: June 18th opening party. From 19 June always open until 10 September. On weekends until the end of October.

The Capanna San Lucio is a refuge that can be reached starting from Val Cavargna or from Valcolla, the opposite Swiss valley.
