Except for the last 20 meters or so, the trail was easy to drive. I pushed the last meters; loose scree and to the left it steeply descends to the road.

Both sides are just awesome. Long S0-1 passages on the right, interrupted by S2-S4 pieces, some of which can only be overcome by carrying. Easy on the left, but unfortunately overgrown, which makes it a hell of a ride in summer. Definitely wear protectors, otherwise you will be torn apart by the jungle!

The entry from below is very steep and quite overgrown!

In the end, very pulling and unpaved at the steep point. But it's a lot of fun

You can get very quickly from Rupbachstraße up to Steinsberg-Trail 1. The entrance on Rupbachstraße is difficult to see because the path is very narrow at the beginning and (in summer) the first 5m overgrown. After that it is wide and easily accessible. Should you ever drive past with the hedge trimmer ... ;-)

The biggest tip of mine, such trails that were built in laborious work, are not always present to the large amount on the Internet. I have the feeling that even the older generation wants to catch up on things that they may have missed when they were young and want to draw attention to themselves with the posts, but forget that the opposite happens with such actions. Because of this, whole trails had to be dismantled in the Westerwald, because the mass of people just got too big. Thus, this not only harmed the trail builders but also those who liked to drive there and have uploaded the whole digital onto the net. Just think about your actions before you put such things on the net. That would be a request and an appeal. thank you

The trail sponsor once again had a fine knack and laid out a nice flow trail, not quite as spectacular as the nearby canyon, but the SchiesTrail has a narrower line, some residents and drops and is extremely nice to bike. In some places on a hillside some roots run across that have to be run over, so be careful when it is wet.

Mountain bikers come in the Rhein-Lahn district and especially around the Lahn at their full expense! The mountainous landscape with its seemingly endless single trails invites you to ride comfortably, but also makes the hearts of downhill fans beat faster! From S0 to S4 everything can be found in the Rhein-Lahn district!
