I think small but beautiful describes it best. It's disappointing at first, but the further you go into the "gorge", the more beautiful it becomes.

Part of the Münchsteinach nature trail. Great for a little break. Unfortunately, the weather was wet. The mosquitoes 🦟 wanted our blood 😖

A very beautiful gorge, natural and beautiful. The mosquitoes loved to eat me though. The stones that were specially placed there in the muddy areas are great and useful. You should definitely walk through it, it's worth it!

The “Bleich” is now a park for local recreation. Formerly known as "Kuglesweiher" for carp breeding

A highlight on the circular route is certainly the "Celtic Area". In the area of the "oasis path" there are burial mounds that date back to around 500 BC. (early La Tène period). The "Celtic Area" focuses on the cult of the dead and the mysticism of the Celts. In addition to a replica burial mound, the area also includes the “Celtic Tree Circle” and the “Nemeton” stone circle.

Beautifully situated in the forest

Very nice source with a great rest area in the middle of the forest. Several benches invite you to linger.
