The trail still exists, but not as marked. It's certainly good if you want to and can jump. However, the jumps are difficult to avoid, so there's not much flow to be had without jumping. Hochstein or Karmelenberg are more fun in that regard.

Our first trail using this app... was really fun. However, the route was not rideable. We came across paths blocked by fallen trees - we had to carry our bikes over obstacles twice. Our trail today was accompanied by rain, rain and more rain... ;-) The bad end came with a flat front tire - so we had to stop and push back... but we'll do it again - we won't let that get us down

The Kaltenbach valley, mysticism, peace and nature combined in a nearly 6.5 km long valley above Rheinbrohl. It's great for mountain biking, but also a great discovery tour for hikers... Even now in autumn I was really excited...

Mega good trail, partly steep and rooted, feasible with previous experience

The trail starts way up in Rengsdorf.

The path is freely passable from above - but the path is sometimes difficult to guess. There are a few trees across the way. The wet weather has hit many places badly, so mud milling and hoping not to get stuck is the order of the day. In the lower part of the valley, when the path widens, everything has been destroyed by timber work - it's like a military training area after a NATO manoeuvre. Nevertheless, the trail has a lot of potential and is fun. Hopefully the lower, actually boring part of the "forest road" will be properly repaired. Last driven by me at the beginning of February 22.

Great trail with high demands, I can only confirm. In the end, you need good brakes. Then take the left (Wurzelpassage directly on the water) or right Wiedsteig from the Anrsau restaurant to the Rossbacher Häubchen, which is also fun.
