The trail still exists, but not as marked. It's certainly good if you want to and can jump. However, the jumps are difficult to avoid, so there's not much flow to be had without jumping. Hochstein or Karmelenberg are more fun in that regard.

A beautiful, narrow, natural trail located directly on the Rhine and below the railway between Hammerstein and Leutesdorf. Especially after extended periods of rain or thaws, it can be a bit muddy... In the summer, the path is a bit more overgrown... - but with appropriate clothing, it's easily manageable. We were here in the fall and simply loved the changing foliage, walking in wonderful peace and quiet, and enjoying the Rhine panorama. 💚Every stressed soul can truly find peace here 💚. A narrow path between Hammerstein and Leutesdorf. With access to the Rhine, a rocky bank, boat docks, and fishing spots, the path is uneven and somewhat overgrown, but easy to walk and offers beautiful scenery.

With E-MTB, the trail is also really fun in the other direction!

Nice long single trail through the Keltenbachtal. Unfortunately, the exit to the Weiershof is blocked by a forest break at the top. You have to push up 50 m across the forest to get back on the path.
